Let's chat first!

This free 20-30 minute call gives you an opportunity to tell me about yourself, your specific food & body, or drinking, concerns and struggles, as well as the goals you have for yourself and your life. This is an opportunity to ask me questions about Intuitive Eating, the coaching process, or whatever is on your mind. 

Single Session 

Book the single session to learn more about how Intuitive Eating or Drinking can benefit your well-being and life. We'll discuss a specific food, body, or drinking concern​, such as- but no limited to- addressing mindless snacking, emotional eating, unpleasant emotions associated with eating, feeling uncomfortable in or bad about your body, feeling bad or "not right" about your drinking. This session is also ideal for those who really care about their health and well-being, and are curious about "doing health" in a way that feels non-restrictive and gentle.  â€‹

  • 1 x 75 minute session on Zoom

  • Includes brief written summary of session (within 48 hours)

3 sessions

In the three coaching sessions, we’ll focus on one or two concerns and goals, like learning to eat without guilt, stop shit talking your body, or breaking the habit of your daily after work drink, using intuitive eating and drinking concepts. I also use a cognitive behavioural coaching technique to help you understand how your thoughts affect how you feel and consequently your actions (or inactions). These sessions will help you build an emotionally healthier relationship to food, your body or drinking. 

  • 3 x 60 minute sessions

  • Includes brief written summary of session (within 48 hours) 

8 sessions

Book this package if you're ready to start healing your relationship to food & body, or drinking, because you're tired of trying diet after diet and feeling like a failure, letting your mood be determined by the number on the scale, you're ready to end the restrict-binge cycle, or put an end to feeling like you always need a drink. Eight sessions allow us to go deeper, like challenge the beliefs that keep you stuck in these cycles, plus you get ongoing support, encouragement and accountability.

  • 8 x 60 minute sessions

  • Includes brief written summary of sessions

Intuitive Eating coaching may NOT be for you if...

  • You are actively pursuing weight loss

  • You're not ready to let go of dieting or other forms of food restriction

  • You don't really want to get into the beneath the surface stuff of food and body​​

Intuitive Eating IS possibly for you if...

  •  You still have desires to lose weight, but you're not actively pursuing

  • You're curious to learn more about living life without dieting and restricting 

  •  You still feel that restricting foods is the way to better health, but you're ready to do health differently

​

All these feelings and desires are OK. But the active pursuit of them will make intuitive eating coaching difficult since its based in a weight-neutral philosophy.​​
