In this workshop you'll learn how to navigate holiday eating, drinking - and even gatherings - with ease and mindfulness. We’ll dive into simple strategies like tuning into your body’s fullness cues, ditching the sugar guilt, and skipping the urge to diet after indulging—so you can approach the season with confidence and joy.

This workshop is also perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy a few drinks without overdoing it. In addition, we'll discuss the importance of making time for self-care during these busy weeks so that you feel more grounded during your holiday gatherings. This 20-30 minute call gives you an opportunity to tell me about yourself, your specific drinking concerns, as well as the goals you have for yourself and your life. This is an opportunity to ask me questions about Intuitive Drinking, the coaching process, or whatever is on your mind.
Rethink your Drinking Session
This one-off session is ideal for kickstarting your motivation to drinking less. In this session, we'll focus on a couple of specific things you can start implementing to begin breaking the habit and drinking less. You'll leave the session with a plan for your next steps.

Drink-less Goal Getter Sessions
We'll work towards one or two specific goals—like breaking the habit of your daily after work drink—using intuitive eating concepts and cognitive behavioural coaching. This supportive approach will help you begin to develop a healthier, more balanced relationship with alcohol, and allow you to feel more in control of your choices.

Empowering Habits Package
Book this for a deeper dive into your relationship with drinking. We'll dive deep into the reasons you drink, such as the perceived benefits of drinking and what it does for you, as well as learning to break the habit without quitting. Six sessions allows you to have ongoing support and accountability for a period of approximately three to four months.
